What we collect
- · Inquiry and questionnaire forms: your name, email, phone (if provided), your stated goal, timeframe, income type, language preference, and any note you choose to share.
- · Booking: your name, email, phone, selected time, and consultation notes, used to create and manage your appointment.
- · Analytics: pages visited and interaction events (such as an outbound application click). We do not send borrower financial answers, credit details, or sensitive form contents to analytics or advertising pixels.
- · Application portals: full mortgage applications are submitted on external, secure provider portals. Information you submit there is governed by those providers' policies.
How we use it
- · To respond to your inquiry and follow up during business hours
- · To schedule, confirm, and manage your consultation
- · To maintain records in our CRM, including your source and preferences
- · To send educational updates only if you opted in
Your choices
SMS consent and marketing consent are separate, optional choices. You may submit an inquiry without consenting to marketing. You can opt out at any time—reply STOP to text messages or contact us directly. We respect opt-outs and delivery failures.
Sharing
We share information only as needed to operate: with our CRM and calendar provider, with the application portal you choose to open, and as required by law or mortgage regulation. We do not sell your personal information. Specific retention periods and certifications are established by the broker and actual account setup—this page will be updated to reflect them.
Third-party links
The general mortgage application and Digital HELOC application open external provider portals. Their privacy practices are separate from ours. Real estate search links go to Miranda Executive Realty's website.
